Day 7 Bonus Activity Week 2 - Summer Learning Journey!

According to numerous researchers and fitness experts, breakfast is the most important meal of the day. They argue that people who eat breakfast will have more energy, be in a better mood, be able to think more clearly, do better at school and end up healthier than people who don’t eat breakfast.
Interestingly, not everyone agrees. In fact, some people believe that breakfast is not the most important meal of the day because people often eat too much food at breakfast time, gain weight and become unhealthy. They think that it is better to skip breakfast and eat a number of small meals later in the day.
After reading the arguments presented above, what do you think? Is breakfast the most important meal of the day? Why or why not?
I think that Breakfast is the most important meal during the day because....
Breakfast wakes you up and give you energy to keep you active for what’s coming like school, work and lots more! I really think that breakfast is important because it wakes your brain and fulls your stomach with a great meal. Also that leads to healthy mindset, great focus on your learning /education, work and more!
I advise that parents need to provide breakfast to children to be focused at school for better mindset! Plus if they don't, they would be no focusing at school, no learning or educating and also they would be having a empty/grumbly stomach. So I think that breakfast is the most important meal during the day!

    I completely agree with you - Breakfast really is such an important meal. It 'breaks the fast' that you've experienced over the course of the night and wakes your body and brain up. Did you know that our brains and muscles need glucose (sugar) in order to work properly? If we don't feed our brains, they literally don't function as well as they are supposed to.

    On that note, what did you have for breakfast this morning? I started my day off with a bowl of sultana bran cereal. It was delicious!
